City’s Edge is located southeast of 69th Street and Southeastern Avenue, near a growing number of services, including fitness, beauty and financial.

The Apartments
City’s Edge will offer one- to three-bedroom pet-friendly apartments highlighted by vaulted ceilings, on-demand internet, washers and dryers in every apartment and a deck or patio.

The Amenities
The extras are everything at City’s Edge. When residents move in this fall, they’ll enjoy a community building with a 24-hour fitness center, enhanced theater room and extra space for socializing.
By next summer, the outdoor living will hit a new level of luxury with an Olympic-style pool and huge deck, splash pad, dinosaur-themed playground and a dog park obstacle course.
