This year’s Parade of Apartments will take place on April 6, 2024 from 10am – 2pm. Participants can tour many apartments throughout the city by Cresten Properties. This is a great opportunity to see what kind of apartments and townhomes are available in Sioux Falls and talk with leasing agents.
