Chase Bank is moving into downtown’s Shriver Square.
The bank is leasing the north half of the first floor of the historic building at 11th Street and Phillips Avenue.
It will convert space currently being used by Chef Dominique’s Catering and Banquet Facility and the former Cookie Jar Eatery location into its fourth Sioux Falls branch.
“The downtown area of Sioux Falls is really growing, and the energy is terrific,” said Matthew Gustafson, greater Minneapolis and South Dakota market director. “We’ll be joining great businesses, restaurants, shops and hotels – we’re excited to be so close and join the downtown community.”
